the hotel was in a great location near rossio square. it was a little tricky to find at first, but it became a quiet and lovely place (once i found it!). it served as a great starting point for exploring the historic areas of the city.

the hotel uses an annexed coffee shop for breakfast and i noticed replenishment was slow. the range of drinks seemed limited at times and staff didn't offer many options when items ran out, i hope this changes.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. filippe, in particular, was very kind and helpful, especially after my long trip. he even gave excellent recommendations for dining which i really appreciated.

the hotel is tucked away just off praça dom pedro iv, near rossio square. the surroundings feature shops, restaurants, and cafes in the baixa and chiado area. rossio train station is also within a few minutes' walk.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Everything

The location proved amazing. The hotel stands close to many main attractions. The staff's warmth. They surprised me with a lovely birthday cake, a thoughtful gesture I appreciated. The beds also felt comfortable.
The pillows in the bedroom did not suit me well. They felt very uncomfortable. A change in pillow type would improve future stays.

The staff members were helpful.. Monica and others provided great recommendations and were always smiling. When we checked in, they welcomed us with pastel de nata and a glass of Port wine.
